2. Definitions

• Manufacturer: A business entity verified by Scale100 to list products and capabilities.
• Buyer: A business entity registered to search for products and submit requirements.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Roles

Users must register for an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Platform Usage Rules

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful B2B transactions. The listing of counterfeit products, false capabilities, or misleading profiles is strictly prohibited.

5. Manufacturer Obligations

Manufacturers must provide accurate product information, maintain current certification records, and respond promptly to buyer leads. Manufacturers are subject to initial and periodic verification requirements.

6. Buyer Obligations

Buyers must submit genuine business requirements and maintain professional, respectful communication with Manufacturers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content are owned by Scale100. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Scale100 a license to display it on the Platform for B2B matchmaking purposes.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scale100 facilitates introductions between Buyers and Manufacturers but is not a party to any resulting contracts or transactions. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed or transactions completed.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable commercial arbitration rules.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
